Payments & Refund

1. Payments: All payments for services provided are to be made in favor of ONGOING Online Solutions. We do not accept direct payments through our website. Payment details and instructions will be communicated to clients during the project discussion and agreement phase.

2. Payment Methods: We accept offline payments through bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Clients are responsible for any additional fees or charges associated with the chosen payment method.

3. Booking and Initiation of Services: Once the project requirements and budget are finalized with the client, we require an initial booking amount, typically between 25% to 40% of the total project cost, to initiate the website design process. This payment confirms the client’s commitment to proceed with the project. The exact booking amount and payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the client on a case-by-case basis.

4. Final Payment and Project Completion: After the client approves the design demo and before the website goes live, the remaining balance must be paid in full. We will provide specific instructions regarding the final payment process. Once the full payment is received, we will proceed with the final development phase and launch the website as agreed upon.

5. Refund Policy: We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients’ expectations. In the event that a client is unsatisfied with the final website delivered they may request a refund according to the following conditions:

a. Refund requests must be made in writing within seven (7) days of the project completion and website delivery.

b. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances and reasons for the dissatisfaction.

c. Refunds will not be provided if the client has approved the design demo and given their consent to proceed with the final development phase.

d. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any applicable refund amount will be returned to the client using the original payment method.
